Doanne (Annie) Dodd, Founder, President and Executive Director Annie is an occupational therapist with experience at many of the rehabilitation and nursing care facilities in Charlottesville. She has also been a full-time caregiver to her father, who passed away in 2018, and her mother, who suffered from post-polio syndrome and passed away in 2013. Annie’s mom, Peggy Woodson, was the inspiration for All Blessings Flow. Douglas Dodd, Co-Founder, VP, Treasurer Doug was a middle school science teacher and Chapel Leader, recently retired from St. Anne’s-Belfield School, where he taught for 20 years. He is currently Director of Programs and Development at ABF. He also currently serves on the leadership Board of Ruckersville Baptist Church. Esther McClure Esther is a retired Registered Nurse who worked at UVA for 39 years. During that time, she worked in various ICUs both as a bedside RN and as an administrator. For the last 15 years she coordinated the Pediatric Sedation Service. She has been volunteering at All Blessings Flow since she retired. Esther is also the team leader of the Missions Team and the assistant financial director at First Christian Church of Keswick. Pam Bradley Pam worked for 10 years as the Hiring Manager and Hospitality Director for Chick-fil-A. She then became a full-time caregiver for her mother who is suffering with Alzheimer’s disease. Pam served on the board of the Blue Ridge Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is currently also involved in Cruciform Life International Ministries, a charitable mission for Uganda. Valeria Niehaus PT, DPT Valeria is a physical therapist with 25 years of experience in the profession. She currently works with Continuum Home Health Care in Charlottesville, Virginia. She has practiced physical therapy in a variety of patient care settings including acute care, skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehab, and home health care. In addition she was a clinical assistant professor for four years at a university. She recently went back to school and earned her clinical doctorate in physical therapy. |
